10.4.10.2 Org Buildings

Guilds and Cities have the ability create their own organisational buildings. Buildings are limited to 50 rooms maximum. The cost of creating new rooms increases based on the number of rooms within your building. All organisations, with the exception of cities, are only allowed one building.

The following commands can be used by the following individuals:

   Cities: Main Leader, Minister of Development 
   Duiran: Speakers, Minister of Development
   Guilds: The Guildmaster

All buildings must be placed in a city or the Heartwood for Duiran. The Minister of Development can place the initial building plot for a cost of 1,000,000 gold which must be in their ministry account.

Funds for city building come from the Development Ministry's account.

Funds for guild building are removed from the guild's bank account.
 
BASIC COMMANDS
--------------

CITY PLACE BUILDING <organisation> <direction> [map direction]
- 1,000,000 gold
- This command can only be used by the Minister of Development. This 
  gold cost will place the initial room for the new building. The room
  will automatically be placed on the map in the direction indicated. 
  
  If the new room is set to an in or out direction then you must
  indicate in which direction the room will be displayed on the map.

  You cannot place a new building inside of another building.

  A city can only have 40 organisational buildings.

BUILDING LIST [CASTLES]
- This command can be used by the Minister of Development to list all
  buildings located in the city. Adding CASTLES will display all
  player-owned buildings.

BUILDING SHOW
- List all the rooms in your building. You must be in the building.

BUILDING BUILD ROOM <dir>
- Build a room in the direction indicated. The cost for rooms varies,
  based on the size of your building.
  
  1 - 10 Rooms : 50,000 gold per room.
  11 - 20 Rooms: 100,000 gold per room.
  21 - 30 Rooms: 150,000 gold per room.
  31 - 40 Rooms: 200,000 gold per room.
  41 - 50 Rooms: 250,000 gold per room.
  
BUILDING DEMOLISH ROOM <dir>
- Destroys the room in the indicated direction. This does NOT return any
  gold to you. 

BUILDING BUILD EXIT <dir> TO <room god name>
- 10,000 gold
- Build a exit in the direction indicated to the room indicated. Exits
  can only be built to rooms that are part of your building.

BUILDING DEMOLISH EXIT <dir>
- Destroys the exit in the indicated direction. Free.

BUILDING HIDE EXIT <dir>
- 10,000 gold
- Hide the exit in the direction listed. 

BUILDING REVEAL EXIT <dir>
- Reveal a hidden exit in the direction listed. Free.

BUILDING INSIDE         
- 10,000 gold
- Set the room inside. 

BUILDING OUTSIDE
- 10,000 gold
- Set the room outside. 

BUILDING FELT TEMPERATURE <fahrenheit>
- 10,000 gold
- This alters the felt temperature by players in the room. 

BUILDING ENVIRONMENT <environment>
- 10,000 gold
- Set the environment for the room you are in. You can see a list of 
  available environments by using BUILDING ENVIRONMENT. 

BUILDING RENAME ROOM <text>
- 5,000 gold
- Set the brief description for the room you are in. A period will be
  automatically appended to the name you choose.

BUILDING REDESCRIBE ROOM <text>
- 10,000 gold
- Set the verbose description for the room you are in. 

BUILDING BUILD DOOR <dir> [type]
- 1,000 gold
- Add a door in the specified direction. 
- If you'd like to choose the material of the door, you can pick from:
  pine, oak, walnut, iron, stone, steel, metal, bronze, or mahogany.

BUILDING REMOVE DOOR <dir>
- Remove a door in the specified direction. Free.

BUILDING ADD LOCK <dir>
- 1,000 gold
- Add a lock to a door in the specified direction. 

BUILDING REMOVE LOCK <dir>
- Remove a lock from the door in the specified direction. Free.

BUILDING ADD KNOCKER <dir>
- 1,000 gold
- Add a knocker to a door in the specified direction. 

BUILDING REMOVE KNOCKER <dir>
- Remove a knocker from the door in the specified direciton. Free.

BUILDING LOCKWORK <key> <direction>
- 1,000 gold.
- Add a lock to the key in the specified direction. 

ROOM SETTINGS

BUILDING SET <feature>
This command will turn on several different features for the room.
  
- Concealed: 5,000,000 gold
  Conceals the location of your room from WHO and prevents others
  from sensing your location with abilities.
    
- Slaughterhouse: 2,500,000 gold
  Use the BUTCHER command in it.

- Private: 2,500,000 gold
  This will prevent many forms of spying abilities. Please note that
  says and other room wide forms of communication are never private.

- Stable: 1,000,000 gold
  When used for an organisation, it will house any mounts for any
  player with membership in that organisation.

- Willpower: 5,000,000 gold
  Add willpower regeneration equivalent to level 2 racial regeneration.
  Is cumulative on top of racial and other regeneration. Works for 
  everyone who belongs to the organisation.
  
- Endurance: 5,000,000 gold
  Add endurance regeneration equivalent to level 2 racial regeneration.
  Is cumulative on top of racial and other regeneration. Works for 
  everyone who belongs to the organisation.
  
- Health: 5,000,000 gold
  Gives you the equivalent of racial level 2 health regeneration. It
  is cumulative with any other types of regeneration. Works for
  everyone who belongs to the organisation.
  
- Mana: 5,000,000 gold
  Gives you the equivalent of racial level 2 mana regeneration. It
  is cumulative with any other types of regeneration. Works for 
  everyone who belongs to the organisation.
 
- SolidRock: 500,000 gold
  Makes a room solidrock, such that no one burrow into that room or
  past it.

- Preservation: 10,000,000 gold
  A preservation room that can be used by those with the Venom skillset.

- Apothecary: 10,000,000 gold
  A room to prepare curatives from the Apothecary skillset.

- Herbalism: 10,000,000 gold
  A room to prepare curatives from the Herbalism skillset.

- Enchantment: 10,000,000 gold
  A enchantment room that can be used by those with the Enchantment
  skillset.

- FightPit: 3,000,000 gold
  Sets a room as a fighting pit. While within the fighting pit, you 
  cannot die to others with you.

- Library: 500,000 gold
  Makes a room into a library.

- Darkness: 50,000 gold
  Enshrouds the room in magical darkness.

- Light: 50,000 gold
  Engulfs the room in dazzling magical light.

ROOM ADDITIONS

BUILDING MAKE <feature>
- This command will make a feature within the room. Once made
  these features cannot be removed without Divine help. 

- Forge: 5,000,000 gold
  Adds a forge to the room for those with the Forging skillset.

- Telescope: 500,000 gold
  Get a closer look at the constellations in the night sky!

- Oven: 500,000 gold
  An oven, for those with the Cooking skill.

- Chessboard: 500,000 gold
  Play the game of Kings in your very own home!

OTHER FEATURES

These are features that will need to be handled by org requests. See HELP ORG REQUESTS.

- A mob shop: 2,000,000 Gold
  Adds a mob-owned shop to a room. Can hold 5 items, and 200k per item beyond
  that. The organisation does not get proceeds from sales.

- Custom entrance: 250,000 gold
  A custom entrance for your building. Note, the price quoted may be higher
  depending on specifics requested. 

- Custom doors: 500,000 gold
  A door may be added to your guildhall that will be of use to all players        
  sanctioned by your guild and bar those that are unsanctioned. Subsequent
  doors cost 100,000 gold.
