4.13.1.1 Havens

Once a player reaches level 99 they will gain access to their Haven. As they gain experience beyond level 100 they will gain Haven points they can use to expand their Havens. Characters will earn 1 haven point for every 25% of a level they earn. Use the following command to access your havens.                                                                 

RETURN TO HAVEN
- This will take you to your base haven room. If you do not have a haven it will create your base room and move you to it. You must have full health and mana to move to your haven, and the process takes around 20 seconds to complete. Cannot be done within the sewers or city proper of any city you are enemied to.

EXIT HAVEN
- This will return you to the room you entered your haven from.

WREST <player>
- Pulls them from their Haven, when performed in the presence of their resting body.

HAVENS SHOW
- List all the rooms in your haven.

HAVENS BUILD ROOM <dir>
- Build a room in the direction indicated. This costs 1 haven point.

HAVENS DEMOLISH ROOM <dir>
- Destroys the room in the indicated direction. Returns 1 haven point.

HAVENS BUILD EXIT <dir> TO <room name>
- Build an exit in the direction indicated to the room indicated. This costs 10,000 gold. Exits can only be made between your own haven's rooms.

HAVENS DEMOLISH EXIT <dir>
- Destroys the exit in the indicated direction.

HAVENS HIDE EXIT <dir>
- Hide the exit in the direction listed. This will cost 10,000 gold.

HAVENS REVEAL EXIT <dir>
- Reveal a hidden exit in the direction listed.

HAVENS INSIDE
- Set the room inside. This will cost 10,000 gold.

HAVENS OUTSIDE
- Set the room outside. This will cost 10,000 gold.

HAVENS ENVIRONMENT <environment>
- Set the environment for the room you are in. You can set the environment to many different options. To see these options, use the command HAVENS ENVIRONMENT without a selected environment at the end. This will cost 10,000 gold.

HAVENS FELT TEMPERATURE <fahrenheit>
- Set the temperature for the room you are in. This will cost 10,000 gold.

HAVENS RENAME ROOM <text>
- Set the brief description for the room you are in. The cost is 5,000 gold. A period will be automatically appended to the name you choose.

HAVENS REDESCRIBE ROOM <text>
- Set the verbose description for the room you are in. The cost is 10,000 gold. A room description can only be 1024 characters long.

HAVENS BUILD DOOR <dir> [type]
- Add a door in the specified direction. This will cost 1000 gold.
- If you'd like to choose the material of the door, you can pick from:
  pine, oak, walnut, iron, stone, steel, metal, bronze, or mahogany.

HAVENS REMOVE DOOR <dir>
- Remove a door in the specified direction. This is free.

HAVENS ADD LOCK <dir>
- Add a lock to a door in the specified direction. This costs 1000 gold.

HAVENS REMOVE LOCK <dir>
- Remove a lock from the door in the specified direction. This is free.

HAVENS LOCKWORK <key> <direction>
- Add a lock to the key in the specified direction. This costs 1000 gold.

HAVENS UNSET <feature>
- This command will allow you to turn off several different features for havens.
- Features that can be unset: Concealed, SlaughterHouse, Private, Stable, Willpower, Endurance, Health, Mana, Preservation, Library, Enchantment, Darkness, Light.

HAVENS SET <feature>
- This command will turn on several different features for havens.
  
  - Concealed
    Conceals the location of your room from WHO and prevents others
    from sensing your location with abilities.
    - Cost : 1 Haven Point
  
  - Slaughterhouse
    Use the BUTCHER command in it.
    - Cost : 1 Haven Point
  
  - Private
    This will prevent many forms of spying abilities. Please note that says 
    and other room wide forms of communication are never private.
    - Cost : 2 Haven Points
  
  - Stable
    This room will act as a personal stable and can be used to house 
    any mounts you may own. If used for an organisation, it will house
    any mounts for any player with membership in that organisation.
    - Cost : 1 Haven Points
  
  - Willpower
    Add willpower regeneration equivalent to level 2 racial
    regeneration. Is cumulative on top of racial and other 
    regeneration. It works for you and those on your allies list.
    - Cost : 3 Haven Points
  
  - Endurance
    Add endurance regeneration equivalent to level 2 racial
    regeneration. Is cumulative on top of racial and other 
    regeneration. Works for you and those on your allies list.
    - Cost : 3 Haven Points
  
  - Health
    Gives you the equivalent of racial level 2 health regeneration. It
    is cumulative with any other types of regeneration. For houses it
    works for you and those on your allies list. 
    - Cost : 3 Haven Points
  
  - Mana
    Gives you the equivalent of racial level 2 mana regeneration. It
    is cumulative with any other types of regeneration. For houses it
    works for you and those on your allies list. 
    - Cost : 3 Haven Points
  
  - SolidRock
    Makes a room solidrock, such that no one can burrow into that room or   
    past it.
    - Cost : 500,000 Gold
  
  - Preservation
    A preservation room that can be used by those with the Toxicology skillset
    - Cost : 8 Haven Points

  - Enchantment
    An Enchantment room that can be used by those with the Enchantment
    skillset.                                          
    - Cost : 8 Haven Points

  - FightPit
    Sets a room as a fighting pit. While within the fighting pit, you cannot
    die to others with you.
    - Cost : 3 Haven Points

  - Library
    Makes the room into a library.
    - Cost : 1 Haven Point

  - Darkness
    Enshrouds the room in magical darkness.
    - Cost : 1 Haven Point

  - Light
    Engulfs the room in dazzling magical light.
    - Cost : 1 Haven Point

HAVENS MAKE <feature>
- This command will make a feature within the room. Once made these features cannot be removed.

  - Forge
    Adds a forge to the room for those with the Forging skillset.
    - Cost : 4 Haven Points

Along with gaining 1 Haven point per 25% of a level starting at 100, you can now purchase Haven points for gold, as well as convert them into Skill Points to purchase racial abilities.

HAVENS BUY <x> POINTS
- It costs 200k gold per point for the first five points, then 400k per point for the next five, then 600k for the next five and so on.

HAVENS CONVERT <x> TO SKILL POINTS
- Converts Haven Points to Skill Points. This is the only way to obtain extra Skill Points. It cannot be undone.

NOTE: Once you do that, you can RACESKILL CHOICES to see available choices of raceskills and then RACESKILL SELECT <skill> to purchase it.


CUSTOMIZED ENTRANCES

You may also submit custom Haven Entrance messages by using the following commands.

HAVENS ENTRANCE SET 1P|3P <text>
- This will set what you and others will see when you perform RETURN TO HAVEN.

HAVENS ENTRANCE SUBMIT
- Submit a custom Havens Entrance message for approval.

HAVENS ENTRANCE SHOW
- Will show you what you currently have set as your Havens Entrance message.

HAVENS ENTRANCE REMOVE
- Does exactly what it says, removes your custom entrance message.


These are a projection of your own essence calling your mind to your haven. Therefore, they should be:

- Confined to influencing the caster alone. Rooms can not flood with water, and passersby cannot be snared with vines or shadow.

- It must be thematically appropriate to your character's abilities.

- It can not instill feelings or thoughts upon others present.

- Must indicate that a shell of yourself, be it crystal, a statue, etc, is left behind. 

Good Example:
Fingers weaving a pattern in the air, you focus upon the center of your haven and draw yourself to it. Colour rushes past your vision as your spirit draws away, and body stills like a timeless statue.

Fingers weaving a pattern in the air, Alecto focuses inward with intense concentration. The sound of Her chanting continues even as her body stills, an iridescent sheen protecting her tether to the plane.
