Phylacteries are special relics that change your login/logout messages. These relics act as racial relics and vanish upon assembly, granting you their ability. They are currently available through:

Usage:
PHYLACTERY LIST
See what phylacteries you have.

PHYLACTERY VIEW <type>
If you have unlocked a particular phylactery, you can view its messages before using them.

PHYLACTERY ACTIVATE <type>
Activate a particular phylactery, changing the messages when you log out or in. No drains.

PHYLACTERY DEACTIVATE
Turns your phylactery off.
