New Elixir / Artifact Tweaks

There is now a new skill within Apothecary called Infusion, which will allow you to create an elixir of infusion. It currently has no effect, but it will in the future, so this gives you some time to stock up on it in preparation. Do note that the elixir balance time on it matches that of the health and mana elixirs.

Secondly, I have lowered the damage boost on the ‘handtohand_damage’ artifact to 10% / 15% / 20% per a level (down from 15% / 25% / 35%) to match that of ‘magic_potence’. Monks however still have the old values as their damage is split between kicks and punches.

We’ve done this because it was making Frenzy / Zeal punches do too much damage in PvP/PvE at the top end and these high value choices are mostly a problem carried over from when knuckles only affected Monks.

I’ve also updated the description on ‘handtohand_damage’ to show which skills in specific it affects.

Along this same vein, I’ve increased the values on ‘beast_claws’ for Shapeshifters. They now sit at 10% / 15% / 20% per a level (up from 5% / 12% / 19%), so they now also match ‘magic_potence’ numbers.
