Mana Boon

The ‘mana_boon’ artifact now offers a 20% reduction on Clotting, instead of 33%, just so it retains some value for those of you who like it for PvE. I’ve also removed the bonus that Kaido Clotting got to try and keep everyone more even since we’ll keep a bit of its strength.
This should be enough to make bleeding a bit more stable for my purposes.
