Contacting Admin

Hi folks,

I’m writing to remind everyone that our official channels for reporting issues and making queries from the admin (bugs, issues, messages, emails) are the intended method for contacting staff.

There have been some situations lately where people are using Discord DMs to ask questions that should really be filed through these methods, resulting in miscommunications or mixed messages without a paper trail or any ability to followup or weigh in by the rest of the team.

In other words: [0;1;37mDiscord DMs are not the venue for staff enquiries. Please use official channels. This is for your benefit as much as ours.[0m
