Cherry chocolates refund/adjustment

Hey folks,

While investigating a bug with cherry chocolates, we unfortunately discovered that they didn’t work, and even worse, had never worked. The short explanation for that being when cherry was coded, we had two sets of code for handling NPC gold drops, an old version kept around for reference, and a newer rewrite that was actually handling drops. This was missed, and the code for cherry only went into the old, defunct version.

It is now fixed and working correctly. I’ve gone ahead and refunded cherry chocolates to anybody that has eaten one since their release. This will result in quite a lot of cherry chocolates refunded to some of you, so I’ve made sure that the decay time on these refunded chocolates is much higher than normal.

Additionally, I took this opportunity to review the benefit cherry chocolate gave and found it to be significantly higher than any other similar buff. I’ve dropped its bonus from 30% down to 20% to bring it in line with other promotional or rare gold drop buffs.
