Bounties and War

Hello,

There is a recent surge in inappropriate bounties regarding wartime actions. At this time, we would like to issue a clarification:

It is not acceptable to file a bounty upon someone for simply being a participant in a war that is already over. The exception to this would be a major crime or betrayal, such as leaving the city after being an effective spy. These things, like everything else to do with roleplay-based PK cause, are a matter of common sense and this ruling is not one size fits all.
