Greetings Sapience,

Due to the actions of Wedric, Xarian and others, and by the decree of
the Duiran Council, an herb ban has gone into effect. No Concoctionist
is to sell any herbs, salves, or elixers to anyone, for any reason.

For those of you who do not understand: Due to fires and exterminations,
the supply of some herbs has begun to dwindle, with no foreseeable end
in sight. So, if they continue to burn and harvest with no herb ban in
effect, Concoctionists will continue to sell. People will keep
harvesting. Between those three factors, nothing will be left. Hence the
herb ban.

When the fires and exterminations stop, and once Nature has recovered,
the ban will be lifted.
