The citizenry of Enorian and the ruling Council has voted to ratify the
Constitution, adding subsection J to the section, "Law Maker's
Position".

The new law reads:

J. Traps
Traps will be permitted within the city of Enorian only with the
permission of the Council of Enorian or the Minister of Security. In the
case of traps laid in self-defense, they must be dismantled immediately
after the fight ends. This includes traps located at the entrance
locales of Enorian, namely Approaching Enorian and West Bank of
Pachacacha River as well as the exits into and from these locales from
adjacent properties.

First Offense : Warning
Second Offense: Enemied for 1 year ; 5,000 gold sovereign fine
Third Offense : Enemied for 10 years; 10,000 gold sovereign fine
