To address the issue with shops. Only one has been robbed (Cuchulainn's)
since the occupation began. While several have changed ownership for the
purpose of entertaining the resident militia in the city, the wares are
generally untouched and will most likely remain so in the cases where
they have not been removed already by the previous owners. These would
be for the most part (not Cuchulainn's obviously) returned to their
previous owners by the occupation towards the end.

However, this depends largely on how cooperative Enorian is. Despite
having fallen to Bloodloch, Cuchulainn is still raising troops to make
pointless attacks. Cuchulainn has gone mad, and will not acknowledge
defeat no matter what happens to Enorian. What happens to Enorian will
only get worse and worse the longer this is dragged on. The city is
defeated and will not be able to repel Bloodloch without peaceful
agreement. While you may be vilified for accepting the Vizier seat,
someone must do it sooner or later or else Cuchulainn will never let
this war end and never give Enorian time to grow from its current state.
