I strongly suggest you read the new laws, presented in a journal at the
Gates of Ashtan. There is no excuse for ignorance. If you break a law -
you WILL suffer the consequences. Newbies will be no exception, if they
break a law, they learn the hard way.

Just a reminder that it is illegal to kill Ashtan's Loyalists. A 3k fine
will be issued to anyone who does. If you do not pay, you will be
enemied.
