You say that Ashtan has changed, that it has grown stronger. That
somehow, its citizens have actually begun to care, and that the city
will welcome guilds that wish to move to its walls. But in all of your
cleverly scripted words, one question remains unanswered, one that I am
sure that those organizations who wish to deal with your city want to
know.
What does Ashtan stand for? Before you even think about making cosmetic
improvements, if the city's purpose has not changed, it is just new
paint on an old, crumbling foundation.
I do await, somewhat eagerly, for your reply.
