The tranquil garden where the statue of Tad Vlar stands is consecrated
to the memory of Tad Vlar, and within the domain of the Divine.
Therefore, any harvesting there is forbidden, and will be treated by
Duiran as an overharvest, per the laws in HELP LAWS DUIRAN.
