Contacting Staff

Hi folks,

Every so often I’m reminded that the ease of Discord and DMs make contacting staff a triviality and sometimes it’s tempting/easier to take things straight to the source.

However, as I’ve posted before: [0;1;37mwe have official channels for a reason[0m.

DMing staff with your complaint is not appropriate. These official systems have logs and records and a paper trail of precedent that simply don’t exist when you choose to bypass them in favour of private messaging someone who likely won’t be able to solve your problem to begin with.

tl;dr: if you have an important bug, an issue, or a different type of grievance, Discord DMs are not the venue for reporting these.
