* The resistance values are now set at the max of 16%.

Elemancy / Humourism

– [3662] Iceray / Flense equilibrium recovery time lowered to 3 seconds, down from 4.
– [3662] Iceray / Flense damage reduced to compensate for the new equilibrium time.
– [3663] The balance upset from Iceray / Flense if shivering now affects all enemies in the location.
– [3662] The balance upset from Iceray / Flense reduced to 1.1 seconds, down from 1.5.
– [3689] Coldsnap / Frostwrack can now take an optional target, which it will hit regardless if they are an enemy or not.
– [3694] Aeroblast / Synaptopathy can now have the delay specified with either FAST or SLOW.
* Fast is the old delay of 4 seconds, while slow is set to 8 seconds.

Tarot / Hyalincuru

– [3721] The balance recovery time on FLING / UNFURL has been increased to 3.2 seconds, up from 3.

* Anyone with the tattoo has also had it removed.

– [3720] Reduced the accuracy bonus from Blindsense to 8%, down from 10%.

– [3678] Weasel / Wardpeeler will now only strip defences that persist through class change, i.e. general defences.
– [3678] Weasel / Wardpeeler attack speed increased to 13 seconds, up from 15.

Zeal / Ravaging
