Player houses can only be owned by a single person and cannot be
transferred. If you want to add on a room to someone else's house,
realize that it will still be their house and you will be responsible to
go to that person to get key changes.

Thus in effect, if the owner of the house didn't like you, they are
perfectly justified in locking you out permanently.
