Cities will now automatically generate comms, about once per Aetolian
day. The amount generated depends on the commodity, but the four cities
will generate exactly the same for now. Duiran generates a little
differently.

I would suggest setting reserves on all the commodities, otherwise
they'll be sold in your city shop.
