rooms within the aggro radius will change to 'unstable'.

* Any vibes, rites, ported groves, pits, or sand in the rooms affected
will be destroyed.

* Grove Creation can not used on an unstable environ.

* Vibes and rites can not be placed on unstable environs.

* Pit cannot be summoned in an unstable environ.

* Sand cannot be summoned in an unstable environ.

* Refining's Gravity fortification has been changed so that it prevents
forced movement for all allies. Similar, for example, to golem
steadfast.
