Bug fixes

Crystalism
==============================
- Crystalforest no longer triggers Kai Deliverance if you happen to
fall on it.

Dhuriv
==============================
- Dhuriv Impale works through rebounding once more.

Kaido
==============================
- Hopefully fixed once and for all the problem of Kai Deliverance
firing if the player isn't in the same room.
- Done some tweaks to kai energy gain to patch up some bugs.
* Fixed a bug where if you have a person enemied, you cannot gain
kai from them through Kainet.
* The energy that Kainet can gather has been slightly reduced to
compensate.
* Just a note, you still can't pull kai from both sources. One or
the other.

Subterfuge
==============================
- Garrotelock no longer works on mistformed and blackwinded people.
- Fixed Garrotelock to be stopped by entanglements.
- You can no longer Garrote players or mobiles while your arms are
broken.

Venom
==============================
- Epteth, Voyria, Vernalius, Scytherus, Xentio, and Strophanthus
when delivered by Loki is now hidden to afflict view.

Weaponry
==============================
- You can no longer use Decapitate while off balance.

Woodlore
==============================
- Butterfly transfix is now aggressive by nature and cannot work
through grace, shield, or barrier.

Miscellaneous
==============================
- Done some clean up of functions that determine how you can
interact with various things. Please sumbit a BUG if you
notice something strange.
- Mobs that pick a completely random limb to break now have that
meessage hidden to afflict view.
* This covers gold painted golems from Animation.
- Blackwind, Lightform, and watching someone in the arena are now
immune to drowning underwater.
