The damage on all Carnifex attacks has been lowered for PvP.

[Battlefury - Strike] with Flail mastery has been modified:
- The proc chance for the second strike has been lowered.
- The second strike will not do the full damage of the original attack.
- The second strike will not proc Bladefire effects, unless Bladefury
is active.
* Further Templar changes are being investigated.


Templars should be able to hit eld by targetting 'eld' now.

[Refining - Shackle] will now prioritize unshackled eld.

All attacks against eld SHOULD prioritize unshackled elds.

Extraction upon major foci will expand the open PK radius throughout the
entire area, instead of 5 rooms.
