- Entomb is now on a 4 second channel. Restrictions are checked
at the beginning and end of the timer.

- Speed and damage on staffcast vs mobs has been increased.

Ferality

- Direct damage and limb damage on slashing has been increased.

- The base to-hit on shortswords has been increased.

Hypnosis

- New Skill: Sleights.
- New Skill: Marks

Kaido

- Kai Choke generates a lot less kai now.

Lycanthropy

- Salivate no longer requires balance to use.

Misc

- Miasma/Warmth/Aegis no longer uses equilibrium to put up.
- All reports are now public regardless of your class.

Sciomancy

- Speed and damage on staffcast vs mobs has been increased.

Subterfuge

- Conjuring an illusion will use 4 seconds equilibrium
instead of illusion balance.
- It also requires equilibrium and balance.
- An illusion can not be cast if you have been involved
in a recent hostility (60 seconds).
- This only affects Subterfuge illusions.

Survival
--------
- Metawake's mana drain has been standardized to 105 per tick.

Tarot
-----
- Universe tarot will now show everybody in the room what
location the user touched.
- It will also use balance for touching it.

Weaponry
--------
- Returning can be turned on and off with the RETURNING verb.
- You can also RETURNING ON INVENTORY to make items return
to your inventory instead of your wielding hand.
- This applies to the woodlore version as well.
