The Dreikathi may be behaving for now, but it's no less important that
our skills work properly. Bugfixes all around!

General
-----------------
+ Fixed a handful of skills that had different messages for players
offline vs. players online but in a different room. Please continue to
bug these and discourage exploitation of the remaining ones.
+ Temporary artifacts from Artifact Tuesday will now actually decay.

Chivalry
-----------------
+ The automatic falcon sanctuary on logout will now be shown BEFORE the
final logout message. This also applies to golems.

Concoctions
-----------------
+ You will now receive a more appropriate message when attempting to
inpot a plant to a pot that already contains a viable elixir.
+ The PLANT command will now split groups of plants instead of planting
the whole stack.

Devotion
-----------------
+ You will now receive an error message instead of a blank line if you
attempt to PERFORM a rite that doesn't exist.

Domination
-----------------
+ You can no longer order your Orb to defend simply "arms" or "legs."
Those settings were useless.
+ Ordering your Orb to defend an invalid limb will now display an error
message instead of a blank line.

Spirituality
-----------------
+ You will now receive a proper error message when you attempt to smite
without a mace.

Subterfuge
-----------------
+ You can no longer POINT objects at unphased players.
+ You can no longer STAREDOWN unphased players.
+ Room fires will no longer affect phased players.
+ You can no longer attack unphased players while abducted.
+ There is now a third-person message when someone is abducted in the
room with you.

Tarot
-----------------
+ You will no longer be able to fling the Hierophant card at Gods or
anyone outside your room. In addition, messages have been added and
standardized as part of the general "visibility" bug above.
+ Flinging Creator tarot at someone not in the room will now display a
more appropriate error message.

Weaponry
-----------------
+ BEHEAD should now produce properly-described heads.
