The Artifacts dropped by the Dreikathi soldiers should now work like any
other Artifact. You should not be able to trade them in, buy new powers
on them, or transfer their powers from them. If you find a means to do
this it is a bug and should be reported. Any abuse in such an event will
result in harsh punishment for those involved.

All Artifacts dropped before the fix should now work correctly as well,
if you find that yours does not then please issue yourself with the
artifact number and it will be looked into.
