Greetings Everyone,

It has come to my attention that Shallam has recently had an election to
exile certain members of their community including Consanguine,
Occultists and Infernals. I was informed a little earlier, that the
election is now over and they have decided to go ahead with this moment.

I would like to extend a warm welcome and a home to all those formerly
from Shallam, who have been be exiled, to Ashtan the Bastion of the
North. Also known as the City of the Free, we are made up of a large
number of different guild, race and classed citizens.

In the past Ashtan developed a reputation for being known as the 'evil'
city due to most of it's citizens being Occultists and Infernals. For
several years now we have worked to lose this image. Ashtan is neither
evil nor good but Diverse.

So anyone who is interested in joining Ashtan, please let either myself
or another Archon know, if you do not know who these are we are listed
on HELP ASHTAN. Also our Ambassador Melicent and her aides, Anya,
Adalon, Saulot, Exodus and Gelf are always willing to help.
