I refer you to post 923 spoken by Rahn, Lord of Fire. To refresh your
memory some, allow me to press out some of the more specific points of
this post.
Focus on your own life, and the path you walk on, and leave others to
walk their own path. The public face of the guilds and cities, as you
state in your posts, takes time to catch up to the internal affairs.
However, the internal affairs are no longer your concern.
You, Lucivar, are no longer a Paladin. You, Lucivar, are not a Priest.
You, Lucivar, are not a Sentaari. And you, Lucivar, are not of Shallam.
So why worry yourself with things that have no bearing on your eternal
life?
I cannot understand why some feel the need to pry into anothers'
concerns. When the city of Shallam comes to terms with its internal
change, it will speak freely and be justly able to share with the rest
of us what it is that is held of the city.
As far as the specific guilds mentioned, I find no reason to interrogate
them on the ideals they hold. You must remember that though Rahn is the
Lord of Fire, those terms of His name can be seen in many different
ways. Each of those guilds have Rahn as their patron for reasons that do
not need to be rationalized with anyone outside of the members that are
part of each guild. Especially not by force. Who are -you-, or anyone
for that matter, to demand reasons of what a city or guild holds true
to?
