Shops in the city of Shallam, will all have herbs and vials being
sold at the minimum, of the Druids/Sentinels Pricelist. All prices
have to be set no lower than the minimum that the pricelist displays.
You are allowed to set prices higher than the pricelist's prices.

Pricelist is subject to change if the Druids or Sentinels
decide on other prices, if in fact it does change, all shop owners
will be notified by the Chancellor, and the pricelist will be posted
upon the public board and shallam board.

Any shop owner who does not have their herbs and vials priced to follow
this pricelist, will suffer the following consequences:

First Offense - 3k fine, and a Warning.

Second Offense - 10k fine, and a City Disfavour (if applicable)

Third Offense - 25k fine, and Confiscation of shop.
