The Aalen, Spirokai and the Tsol'aa

First, Irruel, I should like to let you know that your sister is quite
valued by her family tree.

Now then, I shall introduce myself. I am Isabis T'sa of Aalen, daughter
of Tsalinas and Tsellias. I am the long-standing Speaker of the Tsol'aa,
emissary of Tu'eras and the Council of Elders. The Tsol'aa have been
united and ruled by the Council of Elders under the King for some time
now as the scroll CLANHELP THETSOL'AA will clearly indicate should you
choose to peruse it.

Now, for business. As you have mentioned, the Tsol'aa have not
previously complained about your Rangers running about the forest. This
is because they really haven't bothered anyone. We keep to ourselves,
generally. If you don't bother us, we don't bother you. However, as Anya
has indicated, we are becoming slightly bothered, by many things.
Perhaps I have faulted in hesitating to act. Let us right that now,
shall we?

I am sorry if our ways confuse you. The Tsol'aa respect every forest,
not just Aalen, for the trees are in our blood. But the Aalen is sacred
and thus revered above all. This does not mean that we claim strict
ownership of it. Not at all, if anything the Aalen owns us. But we do
claim guardianship and we will act upon that.

Now, as for where that leaves us, it is certainly time to meet and deal
with this little matter. After all, we are on the same side, or so it
would appear on the surface. There is really no need for us to fight
amongst ourselves, for it will not be we who suffer, but that which we
revere, our forests.

We await your summons.

Penned by my hand on the 22nd of Lanosian, in the year 83 MA.
