Haern's vision of the world, it is a filthy skill to be abhored and
opposed.

Whatever may have "gone down" in the past, was in the past. I say it
again - I am offering the fairest terms offered yet, by either side.
Spirokai has but to announce that he will end exterminating and allow
rejuvenations, and we will unenemy him. Immediately. No 6 months grace
period. Immediately.

As for me single-handedly changing your conception of Council Duiran -
that will not happen when it comes to this situation with Spirokai, but
should you wish to approach me with your proposition in regards to your
own concerns about the Aalen, I may well achieve what appears
impossible.
