I come to you with word of our planned raid on the city of Shallam.
We're prepared and ready to attack. I have been in contact with our
Bloodlochian agents amd they also are prepared to strike. We will invade
from both entrances, one group from the northern Putoran Hills and the
second invading from the western Jaru entrance. We will show no mercy,
take no prisoners, submit or die! We shall throw out the slop of
Shallam, make it like the fair city of Ashtan, ruled by us. We have six
months to prepare, using the element of surprise, we will invade the 7th
of Khepary. Be prepared and keep this in the strictest of
confidentialities.
