External and Internal

Sapience,

It is the solemn duty of the Argent Legion to defend Sapience against threats both internal and external. This is the oath given for each and every officer, sworn beneath the Lord's unforgiving eye. As many of you are well aware, this is in large part the purging of Albedi threats where ever they may arise. Our mandate, however, is far wider in scope.

It is within the jurisdiction of the Argent Legion to safeguard the faith of the people in Sapience. Our Father is great. Our Father is benevolent. Our Father is All. Those who would stray from His path are anathema. They are a threat to Sapience, and to the Creation we hold dear.

The newly erected monument to the Almighty Celestine is a place of worship, of respect and recognition for all that we, His people, have been given in His boundless wisdom and generosity. It will stand as testament to the fathomless depths of His sacrifice, that we might exist here today. In so doing, it is a holy place, a sacred place.

As of this moment, the monument to the Father falls within the protection of the Argent Legion. Anyone found to be harming the monument itself, the workers who tend it, or the priests who worship within, will be slain outright. Those found to be defacing the monument will be cast down, their bodies offered in tribute to He Who Is All.

Those orders interested in raising shrines to the Father's loyal children will not be gainsaid in doing so. Shrines to the traitor gods Ethne, Damariel, and Omei will be torn down without mercy.

Let us worship together, people of Sapience. Suffer not the heathen. Rally instead to the beacon of our Father. For He is great, He is benevolent, and He is All.

Ever His,

Whirran Arcan-Tetzauh
