I appreciate your kind offer, but it is not necessary.
I will not have anyone paying 200k because Duiran's
council is filled with greedy, gold-mongering, arrogant
beings that most likely put me in this situation in an
attempt to make an example of me. If Duiran wishes to
resume talks, I have already issued them a list of my own
non-negotiable terms. Until then, I urge all of you who have
been oppressed by Duiran to resist tyranny such as theirs in
all forms that they take.
