I've been around this land of yours and the construction work I've seen
is pretty poor. Now the guildhall in the Shallam with the forge is
obviously dwarven work, but the rest of it, well.. lets just say it
wouldn't stand up to a decent siege. Now I could get some of my fellow
dwarves to come in here and fix your peoples cities up, but it would
cost you....

By my beard and bones, I've barely seen any other dwarves around either,
and where did that overgrown monkey Tordahl go? Why I've known him since
he was a wee lad. And then the orcs came and.. let's not get into that.
