Amendment to Ashtan Law

This is directed to anyone who breaks Ashtan laws more than once.

Be advised that if you repeatedly violate the laws of Ashtan you risk
earning permanent enemy status. We will be adding that to Help Laws
Ashtan as soon as it is possible to edit them. Be advised that this is
your only warning.
