It is illegal to defile shrines inside Ashtan. Anyone caught doing so
will be enemied for 4 years and subject to a 5000 gold fine.

Ashtan takes no position regarding the conflict between Haern and
Severn. We do however, expect those participating to keep the fighting
outside of Ashtan.
