Majesty Abhorash Nehekhara, does not wish to create this new House to
make all the Houses of the Old Blood invalids. Rather, I am sure he
wishes to create a New House based on the precepts of the Legacies of
old. It would be folly for him to assume that such a House would have no
impurities, yet with the difficulty of entering House Nehekhara I
believe he wishes to clip the numbers on the careless Embracing. As His
Imperial Majesty has stated, he wishes to allow all Houses to partake in
the purifying process. Thus, those Houses who will remain loyal to the
Queen Mother and to the Legacies of the Consanguine may purge the weak
and thin Blood from among themselves. Ah, but what do I know? I am but a
mere Duke.
