A Day of Sport

Written by: Grand Champion, Lord Mersalis Dark, Blade of Salvation

Greetings Sir Keldrad,

As I read it stated, you and your Infernals do not question our prowess
on the battlefield, though you respond to the challenge of one Knight by
wishing to shed the blood of many. Strength and Discipline being things
you hold dear and of course the 'noble' cause of honour, though you wish
to bring death to many for the prides of a few.

In this action you show weakness in your ability to deal with situations
and keeping that which makes you who you are safe. As made evident
within your last post with your challenge upon my ranks to 'mortal
combat' as you so eloquently placed it, you wish to display just the
opposite of honour and nobility. Instead you wish to bring forth a mass
of brutality and bloodshed for no justifiable reason save for foolish
pride.

In light of your own vanity and in light of good sport I shall be
willing to entertain potential solutions to this issue, be it in or out
of the arena. Though allow me to make it clear that I will not condone
the involement of my entire ranks for nothing more than a sword
measuring competition.

I shall be seeking audience with Lady Kylari over this issue as my
messengers have already sent response back to hers.

In Service,
- Grand Champion, Lord Mersalis Dark, Blade of Salvation

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Variach, in the year 238 MA.
