In service

Salutations all,

May you shadow fall upon lush forest grounds whilst reading this.

Today I scribe this in service of all Druids, and those who have the
skill of Groves, calling themselves one. I have asked others more
directly involved to put pen to parchment, but they seem to have higher
duties to attend to.

Know that Enorian has changed their laws. Regarding groves it now
states, under "Law maker's Position", section "L":

....you must have the approval of the city's ruling council. Anyone
found with an unauthorized grove will be enemied until the imprint is
removed.
....can only be created on private property with the permission of the
owner....
....at the cost of a fine of 5,000 golden sovereigns.

It seems our skills are no longer welcome within the walls. Although the
chosen words do make it hard to understand which skills the Caithir
wants to ban from the streets.

It speaks of "creating groves" being against the laws. Does this mean I
can Create, call upon the forest to temporarily reclaim the street, but
not plant my quarterstaff there?

Hopefully this will be cleared up soon, so we can abide to the rules of
the Walled.

Needless to say, it would be beneficial to all city states to inform us
on any new laws they instated regarding our newly found skill.

Because we wouldn't want the forest to reclaim the cities again now
would we.

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Khepary, in the year 225 MA.
