Karim's shop, The Wake of Shadows, is being sold. As such, this post
will outline the requirements and specifications of the sale as well as
the price there of.

To offer a bit more information about the property, this shop is
currently located fully East of the Grand Hallway of shops within
Spinesreach. It's quite easily found and extremely accessable. Please
feel free to peruse the shop at your leisure.

1. All offers for this shop shall start with a minimum requested bid of
three hundred thousand (300,000) gold for the property and all rights
therein. The bidding shall last six (6) months at which time the winner
of the bid shall be informed. The winner shall have a maximum of three
(3) months to remand the offered price.

2. The new owner of the shop shall have six (6) months to provide any
and all designs for the shop. This shall only apply during this period,
and will not include changes to the stockroom. Furthermore, these
changes shall be included free of charge.

3. This may need not be said, but this offer is not extended to enemies
of Spinesreach. Furthermore, shops may not receive help from Spinesreach
enemies for the purpose of stocking.
