To all those seeking to become allied to Bloodloch, the following clause
has been modified to the city instructions concerning allying and
citizenship:

Anyone embraced below the age of 25 is banned from citizenship and from
becoming an ally. Beyond that age, they must be able to tell their sire
and also be willing to go through the ritual by a Bloodborn to verify
their sire. If the sire is someone not currently allowed to enter
Bloodloch, the person in question is to be brought before an Overlord
for consideration on requirements for becoming a citizen and/or ally.
This clause only applies for those embraced outside of a Bloodlochian
house.

This follows our recent clause that any nightstalkers that wish to
become allies or citizens of Bloodloch must become part of a
Bloodlochian house before being considered. No nighstalker without a
Bloodlochian house will be allied or citizened to the city. This is to
prevent people from bypassing the rules to find an easy route to our
