Lunare is falling, Victoria was right in assuming such. Her words were
harsh but she meant to open your eyes. If you wish to rebuild the House
you need to learn to respect and listen to each other. Not undermine
each other in personal struggles for power. The first step to getting
respect is giving it. I believe Victoria left for some of the same
reasons I did, We did a lot for the house, and got little respect out of
it. Others, new members of the house even, were allowed to speak to us
as if they knew more than we did, Even though we were on the council.
Members that we helped to rise so that they could help the house as
well, seemed to turn against us, thinking they knew better than anyone
else what was good for the house.
What your house needs is communication. The lack of which and irrational
decisions is what caused the house to fall, and continue to fall. If you
truly wish to rise to what you once were, and gain some respect amongst
the other houses, you need to prove this, work on yourselves. After that
you can consider working things out with other houses, not before then.
If you try to do such, you will most likely be laughed at. Respect is
something earned not granted because of a title handed to you, and to
earn respect you must be willing to give it. Take things one step at a
time and you might just have a chance to gain some respect amongst your
peers. That is all I can give you, the rest you need to learn for
yourself for it to be of any help.
