I will make this short, any ally or citizen of Bloodloch, caught putting
up mistletoe or playing around with the holly and celemas trees, within
the city limits will be permanently removed. There will be no time limit
on your removal it will be life. You have all been warned.

One note: I don't care if you do as much within private homes or guild
halls. However, shops, stockrooms, the rest of the city will see your
removal.
