I am currently seeking to form an organization of like minded
individuals capable of learning to cooperate and function as a team.

Common goals and objectives are a necessity.

Skill, experience, age, and power make no difference if you are willing
to learn.

Class, guild, mortal state, and genealogy also have an affect on
eligibility.

Compensation is as much as you are willing to put into an organization
with a sole purpose of the advancement of said organization.
