Whilst I generally do not take to scribing my words to this scroll I am
left with no other option but to do so since you have chosen to make
this particular event public knowledge. For those who care nothing of
the topic at hand, feel free to view no more of this scribing.
Yes, your house has been removed from the city of Bloodloch.
Yes, the reasons in which you noted brought forth the decision made to
remove your house from our ranks.
Yes, Lord Dhaivol has graced your house with His presence.
These are not facts that can be argued. However, the misunderstanding is
completely on your part, not mine, nor the Overlords who chose to
partake in approving your removal.
If you wish to lay blame or thanks on anyone, look no further than
certain leaders of your house, one in particular, for it was their
misconception and refusal to listen to reason that lead to your removal.
If you wish to lay claim to a forest; do so, but do not do so while the
Underking blesses you with His presence. It was stated to me by one of
your own leaders, and I quote verbatim;
"This forest fights back and kills it's own. This forest is magickal and
quite outside of the Druids and Sentinels grasp on things, another form
of LIFE that they cannot comprehend and so they reject. Just like the
Undead."
The Morgun is indeed a unique forest but no more unique than the Aalen
since the butterflies chose to revolt against those who wield nets.
However, being unique does not change the fact that it is nothing more
than tainted Earth. Certainly it cannot be argued that the forest fights
back, it even slays those who have vowed to protect it, but it does not
do so for the sake of Death itself. It does so to ensure its own
preservation; to live and thrive as it deems fit.
To hunt by the way of Defiance and Destruction, placing Terror within
the souls of the young; these are the ways of the Morgun Forest.
Defiance, Destruction and Terror are also teachings of Lord Haern who
watches over His precious Balance closely.
The creatures of the Morgun are not "another form of LIFE", they are in
fact living organisms. The creatures live to thrive and thrive to fight
to ensure they continue to live outside of the boundaries of our typical
forests but well within the Rhythm in which Lord Haern preserves.
Fact of the matter is, the Morgun Forest is just as much of an extension
of the Lord of Nature's realm as any other forest if not more so than
the rest. As such, it is still nothing more than tainted Earth and for
any individual loyal to the Underking to embrace such is blasphemy to
His name and realm.
Also, last I heard, neither the Druids nor the Sentinels have rejected
the Morgun. In fact, they fought long and hard to preserve the forest in
the name of Lord Haern and in doing so killed the arch dryad of the
wood. If you seek to make the land of true service, remove the taint.
Secondly, as it was stated by one of your house, "another form of LIFE"
- "Just like the Undead". The Undead children of Lord Dhaivol are not
"another form of life", we are blessed by His touch. We are His
children, we are His Chosen and to state that we are merely another form
of life is an outright disgrace to His name as well as all that have
displayed the strength to join the ranks of His children.
So again I state, the misunderstanding is solely on the part of your
house. I do not manipulate His teachings to suit my needs as some
apparently do. While Lord Dhaivol may support your houses choice to
attempt to call forth all of His children and claim to be a Nation, I am
certain that He does not agree with certain aspects that I have
mentioned on this night. As it is, this subject is closed as far as the
public is concerned for I'll not waste my time nor gold in an attempt to
better explain to those who refuse to listen again.
