Hail Sapience,

I pledge the support of the Ve'kahi Nation to the plight of Dorla and
her people. These beings are our brethren. Sentient, peaceful undead are
being hunted for no reason other than the simple fact that they are
neither alive nor dead. Such an attack against our kind, is an attack
against us all. We, the Ve'kahi Nation are a proud Undead people under
the patronage of our Mahdi, Lord Dhaivol. I hereby decree that none of
my subjects are to harrass or bring harm unto any residents of the
Undead Villages anywhere in the lands. This decree is rescinded should a
state of war exist between the Ve'kahi Nation and the village in
question.

At this time, the Ve'kahi Nation is not in a position to offer military
support... However, I urge my martially inclined subjects to aide the
war effort should they witness our peaceful undead brethren being
attacked... Regardless of my subjects martial inclinations, I urge all
of them to aide the war cause by offering financial and other resources
to those who are engaged in armed conflict.
