Catharina, you loathe me with every fiber of your being. You spit my
words back in my face as if they were volatile, poison to your very
being. You look upon me as a snake, a serpent. Why? Because I deserve
it.

Aetolia, for those of you who do not understand, I shall explain it.
Many years ago, when Zoharim, Childe of Abhorash, rose again from his
grave, and attempted to integrate himself back into House Bahir'an;
however, he was met with much resistance by House members, one of whom
was myself. After a time, Zoharim left House Bahir'an, and I started to
join him and "conspire" against Bahir'an. The problem is, I was not
truly helping Zoharim; no, I was simply setting them up for further
failure, as an infiltrator for Bahir'an. I decided at one point to write
a set of four poorly put together, fanatical letters to send to each of
the noble Houses, demanding that they swear fealty to Bahir'an. The idea
that I told Zoharim and Catharina was that they were to force the other
Houses against Bahir'an. My intended effect was for the true author to
be obvious...well, not entirely. I meant for them to assume that it was
Catharina that wrote those letters, and they did, and she was misted
many times for it.

Catharina was graceful enough to allow me a second chance when we were
within the same House, that of Procell's, House Bouchard. To, I imagine,
her great dismay, I proved a traitor once more.

So, Catharina, it is all out in the open now. I have wronged you perhaps
more deeply than any creature in this land, and I now humbly apologize
to you. I admit, it is of Zoharim's request that I apologize to you, so
that I might become one with Ve'kahi; however, it is not my sole
intention, to appease Zoharim. You will not believe me, for I myself
would not, but I truly am penitent for my behavior.
