Criminals and Rogues

Darkest Salutations, Khalifa,
Criminals eh? I find it a rather fascinating development of these modern
nights that your much vaunted Imperium claims such strict adherence to
our ancient Customs and Legacies. According to our ancient Legacies,
"the eldest amongst" us is clearly me. I left your organization because
you appear to pick and choose which Legacies you will enforce based on
your current wants and needs - so much for tradition, aye?
I applaud, his Imperial Grace, Grand Duke Procell of House Bouchard.
Times change and those who do not change with it are doomed to be
subsumed into nothingness. Know this, Khalifa, the Imperium is no longer
the be-all and the end-all of Consanguinic Existence. Times have changed
and most of us are changing with it. Will the Imperium change or will
she become as Belladona has become?
I should also like to take this moment to comment on a concept that you
and others of your ilk have carried over from the mortal coil - this is
the fallacious concept of Consanguinic rogues. When will the lot of you
realize that rogues do not exist with us?
Aye, it is true that there are those of us who are in Torpor and thus
there are "gaps" in the Bloodlines. However, the Blood Bond remains. The
bond of Blood is very difficult to sunder once one has been embraced. It
is true that I am no longer a member of "House" Bahir'an, but it is also
equally true that my Blood Bond to _all_ my progeny remains quite strong
and will remain so for however long my Blood flows through their dead
veins.
Before you go flinging criminal accusations about, take a look at
yourself.
For the Glory of the Blood,
Emperor Zoharim Bahir'an of House Iscariot
Penned by my hand on the 9th of Severin, in the year 180 MA.
