the Pit

This has to do more with the sentinels, so if you aren't a sentinel you
don't need to waste your time reading this post.

First off, your guild has no right to say anything that goes on inside
of cities. You chose to take a hostile stance against all cities and
forced your members out from being voting members who could actually
debate within a city. You are nothing more then hermits like the druids.
You at one point in time were a voice of the forest, of the wilds. In
the past elected officials would have to deal with political unrest from
members of your guild.

No longer do cities have to pay attention to anything that you care
about, why should a cabalist care about the sanctity of the wild? Some
cities still choose to care, and as we have seen some do not care. You,
however, are no longer in any position to do anything about it. Good
job, Rhaea on your descion to mute the guild.

As for being asked for suggestions, they can always be asked for, but
never is it required that they listen, care or follow the
recommendations you'd give. Perhaps the citizenry already voted (of
which you cut out any possible votes to go against by removing
yourselves from cities) on a course of action, or even the ruling
council.

I am a firm believer in the fact that a single citizen can change a
city. Most changes start with one, then move out growing till there is a
sizable political force behind the movement. You allowed your leaders to
mute your voices, and now they get upset when their voices are not
heard. Your leaders have misled you, they have taken you down a path
that the druids walk, away from the path of what a true sentinel is.
Perhaps you need new leadership.

As for a point, I am not a member of the sentinel guild and as such it
isn't my business who leads you down what dark path. While I was a
member I did speak out against it, and it was for this very reason. I
for one will stand against anyone that tries to force the nature of the
wilds on Spinesreach. You used to have an option when you were citizens
of the city to influence what goes on, you have given up that and every
other right within the city that is granted to the citizenry.

Once again, you should thank your guild leaders for muting your voices.
Oh, and when more and more cities begin to stress less and less
protection of nature, do remember who truly failed to protect the
forests. You quit, you muted your own voices.
