The City of Bloodloch has officially taken the City of Enorian - war is
at its end. As Keeper of Bloodloch, my will be done within Enorian.
There will be peace now - no Enorian need fear Bloodloch's Militia as
long as obedience guide them. General Strung and the Bloodloch Militia
have my hearty congratulations for their ceaseless efforts in our
enemies' Undoing.

That said, let it be known for all time that the 10th of Slyphian, year
174 of the Midnight Age witnessed Bloodloch's Shadow snuff the Beacon of
Light.
