pressure all the other cities into Sanctuary laws but in truth any laws
passed by anyone other than Bloodloch were their own choice.

Zephy Stop being a hypocrite more than once you have been seen hiding in
Enorian fearful for your worthless hide because it offered you the
protection nowhere else could.

Veovis Before speaking for Ashtan, Duiran and Spinesreach perhaps you
should speak with their leaders and ask if Enorian choses their laws and
dictates their behaviours. I think you will find none of them fear
Enorian "crushing" them. They do not attack us, and we do not attack
them.
